Each participant will complete an interactive, online course on the safe operational procedures for filling propane cylinders, auto-propane tanks, and offering for transport under Federal and Provincial Regulations and all Authorities Having Jurisdiction.

This course is intended for propane refilling facilities that offer for transport propane cylinders and propane-powered automotive and recreational vehicles. This course meets the qualification requirements for CSA B149.2 Code, Section 5.2.1, and all federal and provincial regulations (except Quebec).

Participants will comprehensively understand all topics included in the course content listed. The course includes theory & hands-on training along with written and practical exams to verify participant skill and competency.

A Record of Training (ROT) certificate will be issued upon successful completion of this course which is recognized by regulatory authorities across Canada. ROT certificates are valid for 3 years.

“In British Columbia, any individual who transfers propane must have a certificate of qualification resulting from the successful completion of a training course recognized and approved by the Technical Safety BC, Gas Safety Manager. A recognized training course must have been submitted for review and acceptance to a Provincial Safety Manager to be listed in this Directive. All training must be delivered by individuals certified, authorized, or employed by the related Training Body or provider. A Provincial Safety Manager must approve all training providers.”
